Standard Service Agreement for Workshops

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Spark Launch ("Company") and the Participant ("Customer") for participation in a workshop. By registering for any workshop, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

​ 2. Payment Terms

​

• The workshop fee is specified at the time of registration.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

• Customer Cancellation: No refund will be provided if the Customer cancels their registration.

• Company Cancellation: If the Company cancels the workshop, the Customer will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

​

All materials provided during the workshop are Spark Launch's intellectual property and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction of workshop materials without written consent from the Company is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

​

The Company agrees to keep all personal information the Customer provides confidential and will not share it with third parties without the Customer's consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Customer's participation in the workshop.

7. Governing Law

​

This Agreement is governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

8. Agreement Acceptance

​

By registering for a workshop, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

9. Terms and Conditions

​

By registering for a workshop, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Spark Launch. The Customer must read and agree to the following statement:
